How Members Earn Entries

Spend Entries

Members earn a daily entry by spending $10 or more in a single transaction at a Worker’s venue.

Attention members: Please note that a maximum of 15 entries are allowed per day (15 entries = $150 in spend), per venue.

Purchases can include:

  • Food & beverage
  • Club activities (including payments with points)

Excluded purchases:

  • Function sales, EFTPOS surcharges, TAB, Keno, Pitstop, Workers Gift Cards, hospitality account charges.

Key rule: Spend is counted per venue, not across all three venues.

Example:

  • If a member spends $10 at Workers Blacktown, they earn an entry only for that venue’s weekly draw.
  • If they also spend $10 at Workers Sports, they earn an entry for that venue’s draw as well.
  • Multiple entries per day are possible if they spend $10 or more at multiple venues.

Visitation Entries

Members can earn extra daily entries by swiping their membership card at a kiosk during the designated times:

  • 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm

One swipe per venue per day (maximum of 3 entries per day if they visit all three venues).

No visitation entries can be earned on the Major Draw Day (Sunday, 25th May 2025)

Weekly Cash Draw Entries

Members who earn entries automatically qualify for weekly cash draws at their respective venues:

  • Workers Blacktown: Every Thursday, 7:00 pm ($1,000 prize pool)
  • Workers Sports: Every Friday, 7:00 pm ($1,000 prize pool)
  • Workers Hubertus: Every Friday, 7:00 pm ($1,000 prize pool)

Check-in required: Members must swipe at the kiosk between 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm to validate their entries.

All weekly draw entries roll over into the final Major Draw on Sunday, 25th May 2025.

Major Draw Details

Sunday, 25th May 2025

Entry Check-in:

  • Members must check in via a kiosk between 12:00 pm – 3:30 pm at any venue.
  • Members must be present at one of the three venues from 3.30pm to be eligible to win.

Final Draw Process:

  • The virtual barrel will include all entries from all venues (spending + visitation entries).
  • All entries earned throughout the promotion will be valid in the final draw
  • Draws begin at 3:30 pm, and no new entries will be accepted after this time.

Major Draw Prizes:

8 Minor Prizes (randomly drawn from the virtual barrel, total value up to $6,000).

1 Major Prize:

Hawaii trip package worth $20,000 (includes travel voucher + travel cash).

OR a cash alternative of $15,000.

Major Draw Winner Selection:

The first 8 winners will choose from a display table/board with numbered prize items.

The major prize winner will be drawn last.

If a member wins a minor prize, they can still win the major prize.

Claiming Prizes:

Winners have 3 minutes to claim their prize after their name is announced.

A valid membership card is required.

If the major prize winner chooses cash, they receive $5,000 in cash immediately, with the remaining $10,000 transferred within 5 business days.

Important Notes for Staff

Members must ensure they swipe in before weekly draws & the major draw.

Entries from all three venues combine into one final pool for the Major Draw. Not the weekly draws, these are venue specific, a spend at Blacktown will only allow entry into Blacktown’s weekly draw and so on!

Members must position themselves where they can hear announcements, as they will not be broadcast in function rooms or Level 5.
