We have currently 25 members, both active fishing and social, we meet at the Main Club at Campbell St, Blacktown in The Jack McNamara Lounge every Friday from 4.30pm to 5.30pm at which time we sell and draw our weekly raffle tickets to raise funds toward the fishing costs of hiring a fishing charter, members take turns in selling tickets throughout the club, every 1st Friday of the month we raffle a free fishing trip for members only but must be present.

The annual membership fee is $15.00 and fishing trips cost $35.00 for members and $50.00 for non-members to a maximum of 12 persons per trip.

Our fishing trips are on the 3rd Saturday of every month and leave from Woolwich Wharf 5.00 am sharp returning around 2.15pm, we fish outside Sydney Heads both North and South depending on weather conditions how far out we go (fishing around 80 meters of water). Each fisho must have their own tackle and bait the club will supply up to two free sinkers.

We also hold competition trips once a year with two (2) other clubs being Wentworthville Leagues Fishing Club in July and with Blacktown Sportsman Hotel Fishing Club in October of each year, hosting alternate trips challenging for the trophy which is held by the winning club for 12 months.

During each trip, we have a prize for the biggest fish and a trophy for the biggest catch, we also run an annual fishing competition having a presentation night in February at the Main Club with a formal dinner. Socially we have our Christmas Party in December and is held at the Blacktown Sports Club BBQ and drinks on a Sunday afternoon which allows all partners to meet and chat.
